So right after work i picked up my daughter (my mini workout partner) and headed to Salsa i cant believe i followed thru and did it I guess I do have what it Takes so ITS ON NOW me and this weight are at WAR lol … Amendment I didnt have the turkey sandwich for LUNCH no time to make it before work so i grabbed a box. Box of choice Lean Cuisine chicken mediterranean total cal 240 protein 16g on a scale of 1-5 it gets a 5 it was yummy and did not need additional salt it was a generous serving size as well thats a keeper. DINNER after my workout i wanted to keep it minimal grabbed a box this time i was in the mood for pizza so pizza it was Lean Cuisine three meat pizza total cal 380 protein 22g and side of slided steak 4oz 120 cal and 3 more grams of protein. TOTAL CAL FOR THE DAY 1010 i broke 1000 but i needed the extra cal to support the extra workout so im happy with that plus each meal was packed with protein. OH LORD TOMORROWS THE DAY I HOPE ALL OF THIS PAYS OFF WISH ME THIN until the dreaded weight in in the AM. MOUTH CLOSED 9PM oh of course i had my bed time tea Cal 0..

WORK IT, WORK IT, WORK IT Thats the plan for today because tomorrows my first weight in i want to GO HARD So Two cardio classes it is. I just completed a 60minute morning ZUMBA class and i plan on going to a 60min SALSA CLASS this evening after work at 7 we’ll see i hope i dont let myself down and flake out and not go.

This Mornings breakfast: Salsa and cheddar eggs 180 cal plus one piece of wheat bread 3g protein 90 cal. for lunch i plan on having a turkey on wheat with swiss lettus and tomatoes and a tbls of light helmans mayo.
If i dont loss at least 3lbs this week ALL HELLS GONNA BREAK LOOSE!!
Just got in from work cooked the family a yummy mexican meal and than prepared my dinner which was a box Healthy Choice steamer, grilled chicken marinara taste score 3 out of 5 its ok needs salt pretty filling 260 cal 21 g protein/ 1 piece of bacon (baked) broken up and added to the box meal 60cal 3g of protein and 1 piece of garlic bread 120 cal total dinner cal count 440 had a snack at work a pollyo cheese stick 80 cal I drank 3cups water 3 short of goal and i did not do the extra treadmil workout that i had planned but over all a good day i will cap the night with my bed time tea 0cal.. Tomorrow i have a super charge workout planned consisting of two cardio classes one in the am and one in the pm details will be given tomorrow it should be rough but fun. TOTAL CAL COUNT FOR THE DAY 980 yay me still on the under 1000 calorie roll… mouth closed 8:05pm
Its only 12:30 but im hungry the eggs did not hold me over as long as it usually does so im eating lunch earlier today the box of choice is Lean Cuisine Meatloaf and mash potatoes 250 cal. on a taste scale of 1-4 it gets a 1.0 because the mash potatoes are yummy but the meatloaf is yuck it does have 20gs of protein though so that is a plus off to work.
GOODMORNING WORLD I am so sore from my intense bootcamp experience yesterday and fortunitly today is my day of rest however i do plan on walking for 30 minutes on the treadmill not the jillian micheals workout just straight walking. Breakfast plan is old yummy reliable Eggs/Salsa/cheddar 180cal had my cup of tea earlier 30cal for lunch i plan on having a Box im trying to plan a head it seems to work better if i have my meals planned ahead of time. Today I will step up my water game from drinking an average of 3-4 cups to drinking 6 cups i premake a jug of water for the day and i put sliced lemons and limes in because im so not a water person its helping but i wouldnt say it yummy however i know that keeping hydrated and flushing my system are vidal my long term goal is to gradually increase my water intake till im up to 8-10cups without a stuggle daily we’ll see how that goes smh. I must admit doing this blog is helping me keep focused and i makes me pay attention to every calorie i take in and keeps me motivated to workout and track my calorie burn so even if no one ever sees this. I think its what i need to truly give this transformation challange 110%. Last night my husband offered me garlic bread with my dinner and a baked clam however there was no cal info on the clam l blogging everything i had eatten for the day made me realize that the extra120cal from the garlic bread and the unknow cal intake from the clam would more than likely sabotage my 3500 needed cal decrease to loss the pounds and just might be the deciding figures that inhibited obtimum pounds or ounces lost for the week so i passed and the clam smelled sooooo good but i was stronge. Yay Me..



Well for lunch at around 3pm i had 1oz grilled steak grilled mushrooms and a little broccoli and a cup of salid w/t house dressing est total cal 330 its just about time for dinner 7pm which is great because im hungry Dinner it will be 1cup hamberger helper 290cal side salid with bluecheese 1tbls 75cal, 1/4 cup cheddar 5 cransins 10 cal 110cal total dinner cal 485 TOTAL CAL FOR DAY TWO 995 awesome yea me! so now im going to call it a day with a cup of night time tea 0 cal. Mouth closed 7:30 until tomorrow gnite.
just came back from bootcamp ouch the instructor tryed to kill me lol but i did it she said we burned 500-600 cal so “yea me”. Enlightenment of the day you must burn or eliminate 3500 cal to lose one pound yikes definitly gonna have to take it one day at a time. Time for breakfast 1/2 cup eggbeaters 3tspfresh salsa and 1/4 cup grated cheddar chesse sharp.TOTAL CAL 180 PROTEIN 19g also had some tea with splenda and 2tbls of powder ff creamer total cal 30 yummy im starving. catch you later
so i did do my treadmil workout last night so far so good now this morning im going to the gym to do a bootcamp class i’ll let you know how that goes im not the bootcamp type this will be torcherous.. be back in 60mins ughhhhh
