So i took some blogging time off because i was doing so well and losing 1 pound after another so as long as the scale was steadily goiing down i felt like i didnt need the extra micro monitoring that blogging did for me. the last weigh in i did Friday I was 201.4 indicated that i had drop a wonderful 5 lbs since my last blog 2 wks ago but this morning that horrible thing called a scale went up to 202.4 so im back on my blog. In the past 2 wks i have remained stead fast with working out 4-5 times a week now i go to lucille roberts i love love love their classes I take classes 3 times a week and work the treadmill at home 2-3 times a week and i have been staying with in my 1200 cal range. Today i worked the treadmill for 73 minutes and burned 400 cal Im so close to busting out of the 200’s i can taste it.. LUNCH Teas 50 and yogurt 110 cal LUNCH - will be a box and dinner will be a chicken salid cal to come. I HAVE SET A MINI GOAL IM STRIVING TO LOSE 2.5-3 POUNDS A WEEK FOR THE NEXT 4 WEEKS MY BIRTHDAY IS MARCH 17 AND ME AND MY GIRLS ARE GOING TO ATLANTIC CITY AND I WANT FLY OUT OF THE 190’S AND START MY 35TH IN THE 180’S SO IM GOING TO HAVE TO GO EXTRA HARD I THINK I WILL HAVE TO STEP UP MY CARDIO TO 7 DAYS A WEEK.
