Started the day with 30 curcuit treadmill workout burned 259 cal not bad at all I was cursing Jullian Michaels out for the whole time but i pushed through. Its only 12:30 but im hungry the eggs did not hold me over as long as it usually does so im eating lunch earlier today the box of choice is Lean Cuisine Meatloaf and mash potatoes 250 cal. on a taste scale of 1-4 it gets a 1.0 because the mash potatoes are yummy  but the meatloaf is yuck it does have 20gs of protein though so that is a plus off to work.
